Too many people are worried about their reputation – what others think of them, was others say about them, how they look in front of others. The problem with worrying about your reputation is that you are a fake. You change your persona depending on what crowd or situation you are in. You sit on the fence, you like every social media post, you follow the crowd, you brown nose. No one knows where you stand and where you stand with them.

Success is an inside job. What are your values and are you true to them – your character. It’s not what you say, but how you live what you are saying. Are you loyal to your values?
The right person (character) and the right principles equals unlimited potential.
